Renewal Refund Policy
There are no refunds for Certification Renewals.
On-Demand Cancellation/Refund
There are no refunds for On-Demand Cancellations.
We understand that plans can change. Please review our policies below for live/synchronous courses to ensure a clear understanding of our terms:
1. Full Refund

- A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested 10 or more days before the start of the class.
- Refunds requested within 10 days will receive no refund.
- Refunds will be processed within a timely manner.
2. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be given to participants who do not attend the class and did not provide prior notice.

3. Class Cancellation by Organizer

If the class is canceled by the organizer due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule or transfer to another session.

4. Transfer Option

Participants may transfer their registration to another class date (if available) at no charge, provided notice is given at least 72 hours in advance. A transfer charge of $250 will be applied if request has been made within 10 days of class start date.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

No refunds are given for missed classes without prior notice, except in special cases at our discretion.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove anyone who engages in disruptive, harmful, or illegal behavior.
6. Liability Waiver
By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the class activities and agree to release the company from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.
7. Health and Safety
Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions or disabilities before the class. We may require a physician’s clearance in some cases.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
9. Photography and Media Release
We may photograph or record classes for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your image or likeness to be used unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
10. Privacy Policy
